How much would you pay for a lead?

I'm trying to figure out what investors are willing to pay for a motivated seller lead in different cities. If you can list your market, and the most you would pay, I'd love to hear it. Assume that all we know is that they live in your farm area and are looking to sell their house fast, all other facts will vary.
