I sold that at a profit and rolled it into a new property, refi'd that into a new property, etc. etc. 

It was actually a distressed property I bought, then fixed, then sold. 

She kicked out her husband and he fled to the house in Puerto Rico, now they are splitting and he wants the Florida house sold and half of the equity.

When I sold it, paying off that loan, dropping my total debt, lowering my debt to income ratio, moving from 2 mortgages to 1, only increased my credit score by 1 point.I will NEVER under how credit scores work, but I know they affect chances of getting a mortgage and interest rates you can get.

Recently, this borrower has been a spotty payer because I have since learned that the property has been sold subject to my first lien. 

Then they sold it to my brother in law, so assuming he has legal possession now. 

I have lived here for decades and have sold real estate here for the past 15.

I'm looking at two separate deals in which multiple buildings (w/ multiple TMS numbers) would be sold under one purchase price. 

Went to college for architecture and have worked in my professional life as a building inspector, insurance underwriter, and actuary, and I lived in a 2-fam and had two more 2-fams in my hometown of Buffalo, NY, and sold those when I got a job offer and moved to New Orleans, LA.
