Before you tell me the 194 is not enough, this area I'm marketing to happens to have decent cash flow and appreciation potential, so I don't really know that in-state landlords in their right minds would be looking to unload at a discount, especially in an appreciating market.Budget is not an issue, but I would prefer quality leads over quantity, mostly because I work at a hospital where I wouldnt be able to answer the phone during those hours.

It seems to get a decent rate from another yellow letters supplier your order must be around 1,000 units, and I haven't seen the option to send out a tiny a1 invitation envelope from any sources.
