I would personally have some concerns about the "boyfriend / girlfriend" part of this equation... which is not to throw any shade, but to simply question, "What happens if the two of you go separate ways in a year, etc."

Let's talk about this new tax in real terms instead of throwing around platitudes!

Right now it is destroyed and I plan to take self leveler to resurface it, then throw horse stall mats overtop to absorb some of the shock and sound.

We had a few that didn't qualify who had hoped to get out of the city & they also mentioned their respective rents were being raised much higher.For a couple of the more expensive apartments we throw in access to our high speed internet as the tenants work from home.
