Same with pools, equestrian facilities, and of course, proximity to great schools, shopping, restaurants, etc.After the physical items comes the paperwork stuff like watching out for very long DOMs ( days on market) and sudden rise in supply or drop in demand.

Might require a little leg work but totally worth it.Count me in as a customer as well, although it sounds like you aren't in short supply of those right now.

And, in any event, I don't think these pro rent control articles are so persuasive either -- narrowly speaking, it's hard to argue against the long term logic of supply and demand.

This will continue until supply starts to chatch up with demand.

If you have a steady income and can bring a decent deal to they bank, that's a great way to start, and to keep going!
