If i flip the contract to an investor or double close or whatever, the seller gets their $ at closing...am i missing your point, i thought this was standard wholesale process...anyone else done this?

In MD you have to register your company as a foreign company and pay tax and file as if you were located there.

In another one of those "how could they possibly think they'll get way with this" frauds: One of our local rocket scientists set upon a scheme where he filed forged QCD's on vacant properties in foreclosure, then "sold" them all on a lease purchase with $15-$40k down payments.
