Just need a little advice on how I should go about setting up my LLC in Ohio. Laywer, online or any other options. Thanks guys!!

I will agree with Joshua McGinnis. It might be better to hold off of the LLC; however, you might want to consider utilizing a partnership between you and your wife if you're married. Agree to slowly gift to your son over the years. As you each can gift 14k per year to any one person. This means you can start getting him involved and teach him. He can learn to realize that you can make money. When he gets a check he will appreciate it. Take him with you when you look at property and teach him what is good and bad. Don't force it on him. But he will understand the value if you do it slowly.
