HQ in DFW, and most decent-sized companies will have a real estate/facilities group - though it seems like they're not looking for entry-level folks more often than not.You could also look into property management firms, I'd expect a lot of opportunities there.Good luck!

Call around to other apartments in the area that have similar amenities or size as yours and see what they're renting their studios and 1 br's for.  

Many of them will size a beam for you if you're ordering from them.

I'm a technical trader and simply use charts for trading.

Apparently the O/O end buyer pays the price not knowing if the property is the actual size or having the buyer pay more than the actual listing.

(This is MLS data for median priced 3-4 bd brick houses over the last 10 years.)On the other hand, guys like @Richard Dunlop have the following chart as their basis of experience.
