@Jessica G.Hi Jessica,I am not a fan of condo's or leverage.You could use the $15,000 to source a cash deal in a C or D class area which you will also need to rehab.This would be a good learning experience and if you can make work in those areas everything else would be a breeze.Just an opinion.Thanks and have a great day.
