Hi everyone!
My name is Zach Holmes, and I just joined BiggerPockets. I have zero experience with real estate other than being a renter.
A little about me: I'm a recent Purdue University graduate who moved to South Baltimore for a full-time job. I am a chemical engineer for a specialty chemicals company (behind the scenes chemicals). I've lived in Maryland, St. Louis, Houston, Iowa, Indiana, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. For fun I enjoy playing sports, snowboarding, shooting pool, and going out with friends. I am a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity.
I joined the site with an initial focus of educating myself. I've already started posting some of my questions, because I am starting from scratch. I believe I would like to get into buy-and-hold investing in areas with a lot of turnover. I say this mainly because this is what I am most familiar with, but I'm sure I will find my niche through research on this site.
