Just got off the phone with the agent.

I've driven the area and have met with a couple sellers who mention over the phone one ballpark price.

More than pretty much any of the other strategies, so just like with any marketing campaign you should know it's the marketers job to get your phones ringing, and nothing more.

I get silly phone calls and usually take care of them all while reminding myself they are paying me over $12,000 a year to pay for the house and repair it while my wealth grows.

If you use your own phone, thereby not using their equipment, you get to pay more!  

Does Skype provide a phone number that people can call, or is it outbound only?

This could have been a big pain for me, but I was able to find a connection with one quick phone call.

Research them on Google, Facebook, etc. for a phone number and give them a call, or contact them by mail.

I haven't read the post you mentioned. will do so now. keywords are set up, and I'm getting some really useful stuff pushed to my phone. love the info and the wisdom of the community. also love the openness to accept newbies like me :)
