Build that cash fund, and then go bid on the struck offs, get them in your name and if there is value there, resell them.Be aware though that struck offs are normally trash.

if your are going to rent and home is in good shape I would just rent it like it is, If renting you can spend money in the home and get it back, if you are reselling for cash u need to find out what other homes hv sold for in that park, same if you selling on a note, every home we do we over rehab them cause we look for good quality tenants cause we either rent or sell on a note, we hv sold a few for cash Good luck investing Ryan Gandy

Yes, it is a great idea to use it specially if you want to resell the property you can make that report available with the improvements you made. 

Another option is to close on the house yourself and turn around and resell it if it will be difficult to show.

With regards to mobile homes in parks especially you do not want to be holding a mobile home in a park that is notoriously hard to resell for some or many reasons.
