Do You Use A Home Inspector?

I am wondering how many investors use a home inspector? I am also a contractor so I naturally don't. But I am trying to get some feedback on the market for home inspectors in the investor realm. Also what do you typically pay. Thanks for all your input. Being a licensed contractor I had my Realtor tell me I should look into this more and thought I would get everyone's input, because my first thought was most investors don't have inspections done.
