As far as I know there is no penalty fee for redemption...no interest, etc.It can be tricky to get mortgage info since you are not on the mortgage many don't like to release info to you.

Get a CTA/ extension signed and keep marketing, or 'sweeten the pot' and offer to pay them an extra $500 for an extension, and deduct it from your expected release fee when you do find an end buyer
