I have always beenlazy and liked the idea of renting from someone for the peace of mind tonot have to think about bills and idiotic year long leases which I absolutelydespise dealing with so I refuse and just rent from hotel like places insteadwho don't demand to know every detail about your private net worth whichI will to the death refuse to give publicly to anyone.Of course you wouldn't get all that $52,500 gain for renting out after income tax butstill, that is making me think of buying 2 now.

Sometimes investors list their 1-4 units with a commercial broker instead of on the MLS so this reduces the competition for those properties even thought hey still qualify for FHA financing.Best of Luck!

If the mobile home is attached to real property than I would suggest you do have a purchase and sale agreement signed as this closing will typically take 15 days to 30 days to close, and you could also record this agreement in public record to cloud the title if needed.

The conversation may be more difficult if you plan to ask for them to reduce or waive the lot rent as you will not be occupying it until you find the end Purchaser.You can alternatively use strategies to bypass the whole process like assigning your contract instead.
