Want to buy in June. What should I be doing right now?
I'm currently renting a house 18 mins from my work. The lease is up May 31st so I'd like to have at least made some offers on some properties by then.
My strategy involves purchasing a multi-family property within an hour of my job (Wall, NJ). I can always (and am planning to) move back with the parents in south Jersey if I don't have a property right away.
I have already received pre-approval from GSF Mortgage corp. for a FHA loan. I've reached out to real estate agents to be put on auto alerts. I am about to reach out to a CPA.
What else should I be doing right now in order to achieve my timeline goal?
Thanks!
