I am new to BP. I am from sunny Southern California. I have listened to many podcast the last 6 days and read many good threads in these forums. I would like to get some input in analyzing a deal. If you could direct me to process, guidelines, and any further education on that will help in flipping. Thank you everyone for your future input and knowledge that is already all over this site/forum. RC
