After researching a few notes (and paying for title reports) only to find out the seller was going through Ch13 Bankruptcy and the second mortgage had been wiped out (even though it was still being sold on an exchange) I am worried that my funds will get wiped out quicker than I will be able to find a note worth investing in.Do you have any suggestions on cheaper ways to find out that type of information outside of paying someone else $100+ per report?
