I can even rock an Excel spreadsheet, believe it or not.I've been gone from BP for a couple years and noticed the BP team has been hard at work building a lot of cool new tools for members.So I thought it would make sense to check if there's something pre-existing for this purpose.

We have one property that has a history of producing a lot of cash, so we are able to pay out the entire preferred return in the first two quarters, and then start participating ourselves in the third quarter.  

I think parts of East Dallas still have a lot of potential, such as areas further east of Lower Greenville toward White Rock Lake.
