I would say that most turnkey buyers are looking for cash flow, so many turnkey sellers probably feel the pressure to show properties with the highest cash flow possible.Unfortunately, after a certain point the numbers just become unrealistic.

It is just making the nonrenewal more formal.In your case, since they have indicated they are not moving out yet, it will put legal pressure for them to get out and starts the waiting period before you can file with court.
