Travis, non renewal is for tenants when they are near the end of their lease term. This non renewal gives them 30-60 days prior to the end of the term with a written notice of such. Always check your lease as to what it specifies, AND if your area has any tenant bill of rights that specify this notice further.
The Notice To Quit, is your 3 day notice to pay rent. The 3 day count is minus date of posting and weekends and holidays
