Luis hit the nail on the head...I lived in the Bay Area for 10 years (not too far from Sacramento) and while I don't know Sacramento very well, I do know that there are a lot of areas in Northern California where you can still make a lot of money flipping houses.As Luis said, don't focus on the exact numbers of the houses other investors purchase.
