What they allowed us to do was have a lease signed on the property for the 10 acres of corn with the local farmer that planted the corn and after the corn was picked, all farming activities on the property would be stopped and no farming would be allowed to continue.

If not, I would probably consider selling it.If you do hold it, once rates came down by maybe 2% you could refi it and hopefully see cash flow where it was worth refi-ing it.Hard to give a solid answer, but hopefully helped point you through a couple of the hurdles.Randy
