If I’m not mistaken, the new requirement in Oregon is a 90 day notice to vacate a tenant after an offer is accepted.

Not easy, not complicated, persistence and hard work and clearly set goals.

Its not loud and you can hardly notice it inside but could deter potential tenants.

I would serve the seller (and send notice to the would-be buyer and title company handling the transfer, if known) a copy of what you're intending to file in accordance with the Notices section of your contract.

I'll respond to each question.General note, your lease and local regulations will state the minimum notice that is required.  

In my case they duplicated two units in the transfer from Cozy and the result is I can't publish a vacancy due to repeated "error" notices which can't be rectified.

This could entail sending notices to yourself for a meeting that only you will attend and only you will be voting at... 

I find it sort of comical how the article makes is sound like the tenants were mad about the eviction notice.
