Apartments.com Misses Big Time

Patrick Walker
Posted

I used Cozy.co for three years with no problems. The transition to Apartments.com has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lady I spoke with today in support said they literally have thousands of complaints. In my case they duplicated two units in the transfer from Cozy and the result is I can't publish a vacancy due to repeated "error" notices which can't be rectified. According to her, in this day and age they don't have the technical ability to remove the duplications. Seriously? I don't know who owns Costar but they are not bringing any value to the marketplace. If the owner worked for me he/she would be fired.
