Or what other options would you recommend for me on my first deal I have been in the construction business my whole life under a 1099 I just started my first W-2 job about a month ago because I was not able to get a house  my plan is to flip a few houses to come up with some operating cash to use and then  acquire some rental properties    I also have a mentor who has about 15 rental properties under his belt but he is not able to help me in the financial side because all his money is tied up in new construction buildings Any tips and pointers  on ways that I could get financing would be greatly appreciated

Does the language of the law mean that I am not able to terminate the upper unit tenant's lease because the lower unit (similar size/layout) will be vacant?
