With all that being said, if I bought a SFR just to live in with my family then move and rent it after a year is this still considered a house hack or live n flip?

We do fix n flips ourselves and are finding that the houses in the 2-5 mile range of our primary (Arvada) are super pricey, but since the last few we've done have been in that range, it's hard to deal with traffic/commute for further properties.

I sold 1202 N Pittsburg, and I'm not sure I could rent the 2bd 1ba for more than $1000, even with high end finishes.
