Be sure to also factor in a property manager because I am assuming you will move away from there eventually and not want to manage a long distance rental.Getting contractors is sometimes tough if you are out in a smaller town as some of them have schedules booked up for months.

A meeting was set up for me to sign docs, and briefly read docs as I was signing, the wire instructions were included.Just prior to wiring funds , there was a warning about wire fraud , and I noticed that no letter head was included with the wiring instructions.

Once you claim in on your tax returns then a lender will calculate your income based on a formula that takes into consideration the amount of insurance, taxes, mortgage interest, and some other line items on your Schedule E portion of your tax returns.

Anyways I did move forward with the purchase and when meeting one of the tenants I had them fill out an estoppel form and on some things they claim do not add up to the lease agreements that were given to me by the previous owner/property manager.
