The internet can be very weird now a days so people get sketched out.

Scorps have some odd other rules as well involving health insurance, vehicle expense ect so talk to a CPA or EA or someone who's not on the internet first as well. 

Learn and you may have learned allready to beware of the Internet and all of those people trying to make emotional sales.I have been ion BP for about 20 months while medically recovering.  

private lenders are those you meet personally.. not on the internet generally speaking you may meet them on the internet but then you meet them in person.there is no insurance..
