Cost of Materials Template
I recently read a post that suggested a new investor should walk the aisles at Lowes/Home Depot to determine a range of prices for rehab materials. Attached to the post was a template that broke out each room/job in the rehab (kitchen, exterior, etc.), and had high, medium and low pricing categories. Does anyone know where I can find this template? I cannot seem to locate it, but was planning on using it. Much appreciated!!
