You can set the search features in Zillow to only show homes that have sold within the past 60 or 90 days.

In terms of user interface, features, performance, ease of use and almost every aspect, Realtor.com is inferior compared to Zillow or Trulia. 

There is also a great search feature that lets you search other conversations on this blog.

Find people close to you using MEET feature.

The only thing I would be concerned about is the absence of the class feature.  

Redfin is the primary tool I use as a wholesaler---if they have it in your area be sure to use their "Price Home" feature.

The NJ group meets once a month in Summit, NJ they announce the meetings - use the keyword feature to be notified on items of interest.

Simply search throughout that same area of the house you are looking for and check what other property around there with the same type of features and if you know your market well these numbers shouldn't be too off.
