Hello from South Jersey!

Greetings from Southern NJ! It seems I stumbled across a REAL gold mine when I found the Bigger Pockets site.

I'm 44 and my wife and I own 3 Properties and are partners on 2 others with her brother.

We are looking to create a broader base of rentals so we can make real estate investing our primary income and retirement fund.

We own our primary residence free and clear. We have a duplex that clears $500/mnth. We have a 3 BR rancher that makes $200/mnth. We are partners on an inherited commercial building that houses our pizzeria. That building is owned free and clear. Also we are co owners with her brother on a vacation condo in Surfside Beach, SC. This property is my concern moving forward.

We are in process of buying another duplex, considering paying cash to improve our DTI ratio.

I want to continue to purchase rental units. And eventually start flipping or build and sell. Unless I come across another favorable style of investing in RE on this site.

Thanks!
