Hello Everyone!  My name is Andre L. Vaughn and I am a new investor in the St. Louis, MO. market and new to the forum.  I am an avid Bigger Pockets podcast listener and enjoy all of the FREE content that is provided (Thanks Josh and Brandon).  I am looking to network as much as possible in my area and on the forum as a whole.  I am a sponge who is always willing to learn new things and I will be the same way with my new real estate ventures.  I recently just got my very first wholesale deal under contract so I am VERY excited about that.  I am looking forward to reading, listening and engaging to add value to this forum.  Thank You!

@Andre Vaughn  welcome to BP.  There is lots of great information and great people on this forum.  Are you focusing on any specific area of STL?  Where is the property you have under contract?
