Taontae,Best thing for you right now is to go through this site and watch all the videos you can to learn the different things you need to know, this will hopefully keep you from getting burned and losing money. perhaps purchase a few books, either from this site or from another source, on investing in real estate, learn the different ways you can proceed and figure the best path that you want to go. do you want to flip, buy and hold, student rentals, trailer homes, single family homes, duplexes, multifamily, Hard money lender, real estate notes, etc. there are many avenues you can invest in real estate.
