Best practices to find investor from friendly real rate agent
Does anyone have any tips on finding an investor friendly agent? I'm starting the search in the Philadelphia area and Cumberland County and I'd in trying to figure out the best way to find one. Is it just a matter of grinding it out?

Every realtor will tell you they specialize in whatever it is you are looking for, we are all the worst!
See how quickly and accurately they respond to you and your questions. Ask them some basic investment questions and see if they actually have a clue what they are talking about- but make sure YOU know the answer to your questions too! There's a balance.
Ask them how often they work with investors- what kind of properties they usually acquire for their clients and what rent and rehab has been like on those deals. They should have clear and specific answers.
Finally- if someone insists on you signing a contract with them the first time you talk, move on.
Good luck!
