The acreage was developed 35 years ago and the estate's buildings were separated into individual parcels but the gatehouse was sold as one house on one parcel.

Beautiful homes full of character, great schools, close to Asian food and markets, close to downtown LA.

As most of our properties do not have garbage disposals, we want to make the tenant responsible for properly disposing of food/waste in outdoor covered bins. 

I was interested in parceling out residential lots around the lake and building various style log cabins.

There are some parcels with utlilities "near by" and if I find the right deal, I've considered placing a permitted modular home or pre-fab on the property Appreciate any insight you can offer.

My concern is also the dog which probably doesn't have water and food?
