Peninsula / South Bay House Hacking

Hello BP Community,

I'm hoping to start my real estate journey through house hacking here in the Peninsula or South Bay however given the astronomical prices and very active market, the concept seems quite daunting. Is there anyone who has recently pulled off a successful house hack in this area and would be willing to connect over phone / coffee / food etc. to share their story? I really appreciate any and all help / guidance I can get, thanks!
