Markets fluctuate up and down, some markets more than others. 

He services OH markets often and has lot of experience in the investment space. 

I have read every forum I could find reviewing of each of these and most are fairly dated so it'd be great to have recent experiences with them considering how software changes/hopefully improves with time and development.

We've done it, but it's fairly clunky.

Now if this is clearly disclosed, at the end of the day it is your business and you can run it how you choose.Keep in mind, there is a lot of competition in new PM businesses because of the changing real estate sales market.

Even going with a company like Midsouth, it is always a good idea to have someone on your team that can give insight into the market and the area. 

I have been working on sourcing deals in Lafayette as well, but the market is pretty thin here compared to the options even just on the MLS in Indy. 

It's tough with a market like that to start in.
