I eventually got tired of this routine and filed for eviction only to find out that if you accept any amount of payment that month, you cannot evict.

Low prices provide more work, more work=more done jobs or I call them "free 10-20 year ads" for others to see, and price slashing takes competition out of the game eventually, ruinous competition if you will.

The listing will always be high but eventually the lenders will come down and in many cases you can get them to 85% and even lower with a good counter BPO (get rehab estimates and good photos to supplement your counter offer)

Eventually, he was run out of the country because some of the private construction companies got sick of him and basically threatened his life.The money can be lucrative doing developments in other countries - but you aren't in Kansas anymore either.
