Well I never thought of that.  

I thought ROI was COC in this business.

I have thought about vacancies, updating costs, and maintenance costs along with legal and leasing costs.

I thought we could focus on only doing deals on FSBO's, but then the question arose on how would we get accurate comps if no Realtor was involved.I wanted to double check with the fine people of BP to see if perhaps there was some aspect I was unaware of, where Realtors are just lining up to do free work for wholesalers without any compensation.

I've lurked around BP for a week or so, and reading a blog article about taking action prompted me to setup my profile and start engaging the BP community.

I have closed 3 in 45 days, which isn't a hell of a lot of SFR but more than i thought i would be able to do.

The reason I thought about it was actually completely separate from my investing.
