There is a meet up organized in Fairfield on a monthly basis, you can normally get the info by taking a look at the events on BP or setting up a Fairfield County keyword alert.

There goes the credibility for that organization.  

In the never ending search for more Federal Tax dollar, there is a proposal to eliminate the 1031, Tax Free Exchange.  16 different real estate organizations have formed a coalition to counter and lobby against that planned initiative. 

Like most large-ish organizations, it must be who you get. 

Using pen and paper to organize my leads is not as efficient for me anymore, and I'm trying to incorporate more systems to automate my business and track my lead flow.

It sounds like you have learned what you need to know, met those that you can lean on when needed, and might be at the point where you should organize your thoughts.
