Newbie from Detroit, Michigan

Hello Everyone,

My name is Aneita Williams and I am originally from Detroit, Michigan.

Although I am currently residing in Detroit, Michigan, I will be moving back to South Florida near the end of this year.

I just joined BP last week and I am thrilled to have found this site!!!

As for my REI experience is concerned I have bought and sold 2 rental properties many years ago. However, I had no clue as to what I was doing, therefore, it was not the best experience.

I'm recently divorced, and re-entering the workforce. I don't have money to buy right now, nor do I have a desire to be a landlord at this time. After reading Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI and following some very interesting and informative forum posts; my goal is to start my REI career as a wholesaler.

I am a go-getter, hungry and ready to work. I would love to connect with a mentor here in Michigan within the next week to start learning the art of wholesaling.

My personal goal is to create an income that will allow me to enjoy freedom and flexibility of my time as opposed to trading me time for dollars.

I am looking forward to gaining invaluable knowledge and making some great connections.
