Found lots more vacant houses this weekend driving for dollars and 3 different vacant homes belong to 3 different attorneys who are now obviously living elsewhere.I've searched long and hard this week for their current home addresses and exasperated my options there it seems.

There are great rentals all over Spokane, just depends on your specific situation.Since you are in Spokane, you might drive around some of those areas and see what kind of homes are there.

The houses there are selling well under value and when driving the area I see many boarded up homes that I am sure I can make low offers and attain.

Do you discount back the "internet fee" or just tell them they're paying for it whether they use it or not.And those vandals masquerading as cable technicians drive me nuts.

Problem I've had with my online research and with driving around the Woodbridge,  Manassas, and Occoquan areas is that the pricing is so high compared to down here so deals don't jump out at me as easily.

As I drive through prospect neighborhoods, I note target homes (weeds, ugly, renters, etc..)
