I'm looking for moral support as I consider moving funds from 403B accounts (heavily invested in equities) to Solo and self-direct accounts (mine and my husbands) for the purpose of acquiring buy and hold properties.

I won't be doing that again.I'm pretty sure the taboo subjects are money, politics... and bandit signs.I don't judge any of my actions ethical vs unethical, or moral vs immoral.

., should be taught to all teenagers, at the same time formal education cannot be just reduced to career-technical readiness; the goal is far larger and deeper, to create a thinking, ethical, moral (wo)man, an erudite.

It seems that you are trying to take the moral high ground with the type of investing that you do where you come in buying a SS, give the opportunity for the homeowner to stay in the home and thus save the day.

Things like ethics and morals should trump it.

Downtown we have seen that boosting the price to $150 a bedroom on the weekend gets rented quickly with the third night slightly less.

Make sure to include some reviews on your home page (text is fine, but ideally video) to boost your credibility even further and warm those leads up!

I have no intentions of ever not paying I want this for my family and myself plus my morals would allow me to do so.
