Hi BP,Questions about scaling faster.

What I've gathered is that they devalue much faster than normal houses, and maybe don't sell well?

I viewed the webinar a few days ago and they mentioned these deals close faster than wholesales.

There are so many real estate professionals flipping and holding now, owner/agents are getting the lions share of the inventory because they tend to be faster than an unlicensed buyer. 

My main carrot so far has been helping those builders expand by finding them buyers faster, but I think the land side will be the big push.Thanks again!

The only question now remains, who will rebuild Detroit faster, you and your wife with homes, or Matt Patricia with the Lions lol!!!

Now Providence might sound far but he works in Dorchester and it was faster for him to drive up from Providence some days then drive from Allston through the city. - I feel like Waltham and even Watertown might have the occasional deal to check out. - I saw some turnkey guys say hi on here.
