Buying buisness to scale

Hi BP, Questions about scaling faster. I love real estate and so far own 7 units. I work 2 jobs/ house hack and able to save 4500 a month after all my expenses. I just want freedom faster and do realize realestate is a get rich slow game. However, I'm tired of working two jobs and having to listen to a boss everyday.. I've been looking at businesses for sale and was wondering is this a smart route to take or just stay the course in real estate? Has anyone bought a buisness to help propel there real estate goals? Harder to get loans? Thanks for any thoughts! Ryan realestate realestate
