The packet of documents on the Broward County court site does not include the Affidavit of Military Service (which needs to be notarized).

I've just sent out regular printed letters (in hand-addressed envelopes) to executors of estates that were filed since Jan 1, 2014 in the probate courts of Cook Co. and the surrounding counties.

Although, I don't really rent to recent college graduates.The kitchen is kind of dated so it doesn't really appeal to women and their families where the wife makes the decision so I don't know if the whole school thing would be a factor.

If you go to court, evictions, file papers etc. you have to show you are an authorized representative to perform such actions on behalf of the owner.

Especially in this market that we are in they would want the sale contingent up all non appeal able approvals are in place.
