All Cash, this is the biggest government yet and is led by conservatives and just think, with a military man heading the CIA, the system of checks and balance will erode once the departments and agencies are all headed by people of the same mentality.

I REALLY want to get started SOON, but lack the knowledge on evaluating a property and knowing what a good investment is.
