1st Time Homeowner in CA.

Hello Everybody,

I'm a first time homeowner living in Sacramento, CA. I bought at a good time, and have made a pleasant return on my investment.

My girlfriend and I work long hours (as most people do these days) and look in every nook and cranny for bits of advice that we can apply to our own investing strategies.

That brings me here, and I am very excited to be here.

I have a career in the business products industry, working for a wonderful company. I have many happy clients, and cold call (yes...I am that guy that barges into your office unannounced!) many businesses a week. I have been honing my sales senses for years, and look forward to contributing my $.02 where I can.
