Even if this is the case, you may be able to accomplish your desired outcome here.

I'm glad to say that I accomplished that short term goal & because of it, I was able to acquire my 2nd & 3rd deals, which pushed me to my second goal of closing 3 deals in my first year of investing.

I've bought my first home (believe it or not, I'm only 25 so this is a great accomplishment) almost with cash, and I'm super thankful to finally be going after my dream. 

You're a 49er Fan...so the other credentials/accomplishments are just icing on the cake!

I'm looking to accomplish something on the side then focus on making it my full time job.

I have a beautiful wife and a lovely 2 year old daughter.

I have seen many beautiful pictures and promises come through online, only to see a completely different property and area when I go to visit the property.

I had just began to market a beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and my first applicant was a women living in a homeless shelter.
